Downloads not working

I just became a gold member. When I download, whether it’s mp3 or wav, it downloads the files as a different format. If I open it with windows media player, it sayd the “file” has an extention (.) that it doesn’t recognise. Is this a issue by you or me?

Before I became a gold member, everything was working just fine.

Hello

I can’t replicate this issue myself. Please can you tell me what browser you’re using and on PC or Mac? Also if you can attach and send a copy of one of the downloaded files to contact@zapsplat.com so I can see what’s happening?

One thing I suggest you also do is clear cookies in your browser or/and hard refresh the page, and see if it still happens. We’ve have a lot of development on the site in the last few days and this sounds like it could be a cache issue.
