Rain on Veranda

Download free rain sounds recorded on a home veranda in Queensland, Australia. The home is secluded and surrounded by rainforest trees, making these rain sound effects clean and useful for a variety of projects. After a period of dry but humid weather, we were treated to a prolonged storm where the rainfall just kept coming. Taking full advantage, we set up our binaural microphone on the veranda and left it recording for over an hour. We captured the beautiful sound of rain falling onto the veranda roof, the surrounding garden and trees while also managing to record the sound of frogs in the distance.
