Returns and Refunds on Upgrades to a Gold Account

If you’ve made a donation to upgrade your Zapsplat.com account to a gold Account, we offer a 72 hour refund policy if you’re not 100% satisfied with the service we offer. Refunds will be made within 24 hours of a request only to the original payment source. You must state the reason for your refund request in an email to us.

Upon a refund being made, your account will be downgraded to a Basic Account and the restrictions placed for Basic Account users will apply to your usage of our website and our sound effects and music.
